Project VacAI - as an AI-Powered Adventure Vacation Planning Application,
VacAI was an ambitious project aimed at revolutionizing the vacation planning experience for busy professionals and travel enthusiasts aged 25-45. Despite a promising start, VacAI encountered a sudden decline in sales and customer satisfaction, posing a significant risk to WAGA's revenue stream. Through meticulous research and collaboration with my team, we identified key challenges faced by users and proposed a solution: the Virtual Vacation Preview feature. This innovative addition allowed users to explore suggested destinations through immersive videos, day and night views, and an interactive mini-game, addressing their need for real-time updates, improved usability, and personalized experiences. The implementation of this feature resulted in a significant improvement in user engagement and satisfaction.
